From hands-on developer to trusted architect.
I started deep in the trenches of Visualforce and Apex, building intuitive interfaces and efficient backend logic. Curiosity pulled me into Lightning Web Components, AppExchange product development, and on-site client work in Melbourne translating real-world challenges into elegant, scalable Salesforce solutions.
Today, with 10+ years behind me, I lead cross-functional teams of developers, QAs, and analysts designing robust Salesforce systems that integrate cleanly with external platforms. I work at the intersection of strategy and execution: setting technical direction, mentoring engineers, and evolving delivery practices like CI/CD to match modern standards.
Whether redefining legacy systems or crafting new digital experiences, my work follows one principle: build solutions that endure, and teams that grow stronger with every challenge.
